Winter has it's own kind of beauty. It's a shame the snow and the ice are so beautiful, yet so terribly uncomfortable. In Rexburg, temperatures are frequently in the negatives, and my fingers and toes go completely numb after about 10 minutes outside. One of these days I'm going to get frost bite.
My heart belongs to summer, to California, and to heat. I do try to go out every now and then to appreciate the gifts of winter, but I would be lying if I said I don't wake up every morning and wish it was June already. Enjoy these misty shots taken in Saint Anthony, Idaho last week.
