I had not been on a field trip in a very long time, but on Thursday, all of that changed...
My Watercolor class and I hopped on a bus and spent the afternoon at a couple small art galleries and museums in Idaho Falls. We sketched and talked (I probably spent more time taking pictures than sketching) and had lunch. It was a lovely day, with some lovely friends. Sally Ellis, our teacher had some of her pieces up in the show we saw. Way to go! You can check out her stuff here.
My favorite Japanese woodblock prints.
Who doesn't want their bum cupped by a large yellow hand? Really?
I did a little exploring and this is what I found!
